SCC's first Nationals appearance since the
tournament hosted in 2006 will not be
remembered for the results.
However, it was the best thing happened
to the club in a long time. It was a full
immersion into the core of American
Subbuteo that may have revived the pulse
of the All Blacks once again.
Jim, Massimo, Miguel & Rick played with
heart and reached distinctive achievements
such as the Veterans Final (Jim), the CB
Open Final (Massimo) and the Open
Semifinals (Rick).
The silverware also included an Outstanding
Sportsmanship Award that Massimo
accepted with great pride.
