League Format
For geographical reasons, the 11
players have been divided into two
groups or conferences.
Each player has:
3 matches against same group
opponents; 2 matches against other
group opponents.
At the end of the regular season:
group's winners qualify to the
semifinals; 2nd and 3rd of each group
battle in playouts for the remaining
two spots in the    semifinals.
Barrage Round and Semifinals are
played in two legs on UEFA-style
with home/away goals rule. The
State Championship is single match.
