Scotsman Jim Taylor's dream came to a
heart-breaking end at Hampden Park as he
lost following a heroic effort against fellow
co-founder Massimo Conturso.

In the inaugural League Friday, the Italian
scored a last-gasp goal from the distance to
clinch Group One's lead and full points for
the Rankings.
The new format was a success as the
seedless draw ensured a fair share of
excitement & competition to all. The urn
delivered fireworks and State Champions,
Conturso & Marques opened the ball with a
good match that the Italian managed to win
after he rode his luck in the first half.
